A lovely friend
Created by margaret 2 years agoDevastated to learn of June's passing. I met June when we were both 4 years old, unbelievably 55 years ago. We grew up in the same neighbourhood. June befriended me at a time when I had no friends, even as a young child she was so warm and welcoming. I always remember how comfortable she made me feel because I was very shy as a child. We went through school together and as often happens in life we lost touch. The last time I saw June was 1980, she was making preparations for her wedding, she was going away to live. I wish now we had kept in touch. I will always remember June as such a warm, friendly, kind person. I will think of June often and remember our carefree childhood days growing up. My heartfelt condolences go to June's family. God Bless.
